New updates are available for the upcoming "Space Pack"! In a special Select Interview over at SneakerNews, Jason Faustino from the EB team gave us some insight on the concept for the pack, as well as a look at another model from the pack (it won't be the last)!
We now know the material used for this pair of Grid 9000 is going to be an orange suede and orange nylon to represent the Advanced Crew Escape Suit model of Saucony and Extra Butter's "Space Race" pack.
3M accents are also seen along the model, to really resemble an Advanced Space Suit.
Other than the sock liner and matching laces in 'Galaxy purple' featuring star print that we mentioned before, we notice a galactic looking speckled outsole with matching insole that also resembles looking into the night sky!
Also attached with the Grid 9000 are 3 interchangeable velcro patches.

Introducing the newest edition to the "Space Pack" by Extra Butter and Saucony, the Saucony Shadow Master! Dubbed the "Space Snack" for its nostalgic color way resembling what more of a better space snack then Ice Cream!
Seeing these should bring us back to our childhood, when kids were actually excited by things other than High-end fashion, the internet, or social appearance. When things were easier. Could you imagine trying to get a group of kids to a space center now? That kind of excitement is what EB has brought to the table with these Shadow Masters.
Jason Faustino explained to SN the concept for the "Space Snack" Shadow Masters. The color blocking was used to create what supposed to resemble Space Ice Cream. Can you see it?
